Posting in ink

Yep....text is required for ink to show up :-)

This is how I enabled ink (I already had a blog here):

1. Sign on.
2. At the top right of the page is:

"Signed on as ........ | Sign out | Help | Inbox"

Click on your user name.

3. The url will change to something like:

http://www.tabletpcblogs.com/user/EditProfile.aspx?......

and you'll see several tabs in the page. Click on the "Site Options" tab.

4. In the "Site Options" tab select the "Yes" radio button for the "Enable ink" option.
Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

5. Now you can create a post with ink. To use ink in your blog you must use an alternative post editor accessible through the "Control Panel." To use the Control Panel, enter the URL:

http://www.tabletpcblogs.com/controlpanel/blogs

This will list your blogs. On the left side is a set of collapsable menus. Click on "Common Tasks" to expose the "New Post" option if it is not already visible. Then click on "New Post". The Post Editor will appear.

6. You can enter a title and text in the Post tab as normal. (Note: Currently text is required for a post with ink in it.) To draw in ink, click on the "Whiteboard" tab. You can draw ink here.

7. Once you have your blog title, some text in the main body of the post, and your ink ready, click on the "Post" button near the bottom-right of the page.

8. You post will appear after a few minutes. Usually it takes about 3 to 5 minutes for a post to appear.

That's it. Have fun inking.
