Ink not working again

I can't post in ink anymore on TabletPCBlogs :-(

The WhiteBoard tab appears in the editor, however, the ink control and ink toolbar are not appearing.

This site was not changed to CS 2.1 beta 1. Only the others were upgraded. The latest security patches were installed yesterday.
