I've suffered from the infamous disappearing ink issue when using the
TabletPC Input Panel (TIP), and I wasn't the only Tableteer who was vainly hoping that Microsoft's
Leak Fix would solve the problem. While I've seen quite a few
discussions about it both on the
Microsoft newsgroup and on
TabletPCBuzz. However, this may be the first time I've seen Microsoft test engineer
Hilton Locke involved in the discussion, and so my dashed hopes are rising again. If any of you reading this have experienced the problem of the TIP refusing to accept input halfway through the line, please post to
this discussion, especially if you can tell Hilton how to reproduce the symptoms!
