Where the line between geek and nerd is especially thin

Neek Talk: Tablet PCs in Education

During the Consumer Electronics Show 2006, we were able to talk with Ken Collura from Bishop Hartley High School, where all students use Tablet PCs and Cia, Superintendent of Bishop Hartley schools. Ken explains how students and teachers use the Tablet PCs, how the Tablet PCs have helped students with different learning styles, and Cia explains her role in making sure each student has a Tablet PC.

We would like to thank Ken Collura and Cia for allowing us to record this interview on the CES 2006 showroom floor. We appreciate their patience as we had to save segments while doing the interview. We removed certain segments because the noise level was a bit loud with people passing by.

I forwarded this podcast to my teacher friend who makes recommendations on technology issues for a local school district. As a teacher he's always advocated connectivity. I hope he can glean some great insight into tablet PCs through this info. Keep it coming!
