I was not able to attend TechEd but Lora and Loren are both there. Last night I was sitting on the couch, reading
Business Leadership: A Jossey-Bass Reader
when an instant message came across the screen from Loren. First, an IM
from Loren is odd because he prefers Skype. Second, it was odd to get a
message from Loren at 2 A.M. Eastern time when he would normally be
developing away on one of his Tablet PCs. Loren does not usually IM at
that hour, period. Anyway, both Loren and Lora wanted to say hello and
explain that the day was going well. As seems typical at these trade
shows, connectivity to the internet is bad so they are using Lora's
mobile phone to connect. Both are exhausted and excited to be in
Florida. They will try to post later - hopefully they will get some
sleep before the events start today.
