Excel Spreadsheet to OneNote

The idiot inside of me is no longer struggling to get out. For some reason, I cannot get an Excel spreadsheet that is available on a website to import directly into OneNote. All of the formatting is removed. Does anyone know of a secret?

The Excel Spreadsheet is here. See if you can figure out how to get it into OneNote so that is properly formatted and let me know the steps. Maybe I am missing something very easy because the powertoy definitely does not work. The print capture almost works for PlanPlus for Windows XP; however, the page imports into the software as portrait when it actually needs to be landscape.

*sigh*

OK, If I set the Preferences for the "FranklinCovey PlanPlus for Windows" print capture to be landscape then the majority of the spreadsheet is provided.
