Origami video: the real deal?

Gesh. I stay off the Internet for two days and miss some of the real cool things. Kevin 2.0 is linking to a Flash-based video showing the various uses of Microsoft’s Origami project. Maybe you should join the discussions in which people are wondering what the project is all about … hmm… Go ahead and give your best guess.

My guess — clearly this is folded paper — and exactly why the name Origami. No? Wait. This is a company using the name Origami much like the movie Ella Enchanted tried to use Origami to throw off her enemy – “Stand back. I know Origami!”

So  — get into your crouching tiger hidden dragon stance and yell — “Stand back Apple, Microsoft knows Origami!”

Well, that doesn't look to wearable.  I guess that is one rumor that's right out.

This does look interesting and I look forward to the final, confirmed, info.

Does an appliance that comes with a strap make it wearable?  I would think that would make it "hang-able".  I want something that I can actually wear like an armband, headband, incorporated into a jacket, gloves, or something like that.
