Has anyone else notice this besides me? It seems that every post being made is shown in total on the front page instead of just an excerpt. This dramatically drives down the individual reader counts to individual logs. No longer does one know if anyone is reading their posts.

Correct. In order to get ink to show on the frontpage, I made the settings for the frontpage to show the complete blog entry. Sarah and I have been kicking around different designs back and forth so that we can drive traffic to blogs after they are off the frontpage. As I am typing, she is in visual studio ... but this is a long process with a big learning curve.
