Hide inactive blogs from view by default?

The listing of blogs tends to look cluttered and makes the site look dead with all the blogs with little or no posts lately

I'm gonna go nuts, wanna come with?

I agree. The BlogRoll needs a lot of work. A new beta is expected to be released soon (maybe this week or next week) and some of the skinning cannot be completed until the final release because there remain possibilities of changes to the skin.
