The ink feature is designed for users of a Tablet PC. You may install the Tablet PC SDK onto a desktop. I have not tried this under Windows 2003 but if you want to attach a Graphite3 (or another tablet) to the desktop then you can have ink. The Graphite3 can be found for under $100. Other requirements include IE browser (or equivalent such as Maxthon). Best of luck !

I have done tablet PC SDK installed,and test http://221.5.116.215/TabletPCSDK_WebSamples/InkBlogWeb/Default.aspx works well.

But I don't know why it can't work with CS 2.0 Beta2?

Well, I have enabled INK in system CP,and checked with default permissions both Forums and Blogs,and enalbed in my profile.

and I have create iexplore.exe.config under C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer.

BTW,I can't play INK with www.tabletpcblogs.com, too.

and set medium level of Internet Option and added  www.tabletpcblogs.com into trusted site
